Sonitha Beharrie-Hiralall began her legal career as a State Prosecutor from 1995 to 1998. She joined Rajesh Hiralall Attorneys & Conveyancers in 1998, was admitted as an attorney in 2002 and as a conveyancer in 2006.
Her work spans litigation, property and conveyancing, deceased-estate administration, wills, trusts and estate planning. Since 2021, she has led Rajesh Hiralall Attorneys Incorporated as director.
Criminal prosecution experience in the Magistrates’ Court before entering private practice.
Began practising with Rajesh Hiralall Attorneys & Conveyancers.
Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Added conveyancing and property-transfer capability to a broad litigation practice.
Leads Rajesh Hiralall Attorneys Incorporated and holds right of appearance in the superior courts.
